Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare apramycin and oxyapramycin, by cultivating a microorganism belonging to the genus Saccharopolyspora. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism such as Saccharopolyspora sp. Ac 2580(FERM- P 6239) belonging to the genus Saccharopolyspora, capable of producing apramycin and/or oxyapramycin is inoculated into a nutritive medium, cultivated at pH slightly acidic or neutral at 30-45 deg.C under aerobic conditions, apramycin and/or oxyapramycin is collected from the culture solution.
