Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve a thrust by engaging a wring component with a hull within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof and by fixing the length of a slat which is connected to the front end of the wring component and the length of the wring component in a certain relation. CONSTITUTION:A wring component 2 which has a blade section is engaged with a hull 1 within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof and a slat 3 is placed in connection to the front end of the wring component 2. The relation between the length l1 from the front extremity of the slat 3 to its rear extremity and the length l2 from the front end of the wring component 2 to its rear extremity may satisfy the expression of 1/4l
