Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve a thrust by engaging a wring component which has a blade section with a hull within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof and making the uppermost part of a front end slat of the wring component wide and gradually tapered toward the low end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A wring component 2 which has a blade section is engaged with a hull 1 within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof and directly fixed to the same with a gap (d) so that flow collected by the wring component 2 expands and reaches the rotary surfaces of propellers 4. The uppermost part of a slat 3 which is mounted to the front end of the wring component 2 is made wider than the rest part, than the slat is tapered from the uppermost part to the lower part. Stream at negative pressure side of the blade section is thereby prevented from separation, hence generating an intense thrust.
