Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of a window pane, by composing a window pane holder vertically movable on a guide pipe, of a member having a window pane bearing part and another member fitted to the guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pane holder 1 is composed of a pane pinch-holding member 2 and a guide member 3. A window pane 4 is fixed in the U-shaped groove 21 of the pinch-holding member 2 by an adhesive. The guide member 3 is removably mounted on the pinch-holding member 2 by screws 6. A guide pipe (not shown in the drawing) vertically extends through the guide pipe hole 32 of the guide member 3. The pane pinch-holding member 2 is secured in the guide groove of a pane vertical motion mechanism by a fitting screw 5. To replace the window plane 4, it can be easily removed together with the pinch-holding member 2 from the body of a vehicle by demounting the pinch-holding member from the guide member 3.
