Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance thermal efficiency, by utilizing a thermosiphon system in a waste heat recovering device for a refuse incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Waste heat is recovered by a hot water generator 11, is used to heat circulating water in a system, and steam and hot water are separated from each other by a separator 12. Steam (a) is fed to a steam utilizing equipment 14 through a steam pipe P6, while hot water (b) separated is passed through a descending pipe P2, is conveyed to a heat xchanger 16 through a horizontal pipe P4 by a driving force of the thermosiphon system, and after supplying heat to a hot water utilizing equipment 15, is recirculated to the hot water generator 11 through a circulating water pipe P5. Accordingly, since a circulating pump is unnecessitated, the thermal efficiency of the waste heat recovering device for the refuse incinerator is enhanced.
