Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable to sufficiently introduce a magnetic flux coming out from a core in an increased quantity, by a method wherein a leaf spring and attracting parts of an armature member are formed as one body from the same monolithic magnetic material, and the thickness of the material at a peripheral part and that at an attracting position for a core are increased to a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION:The single sheet of a magnetic monolithic plate is subjected to blanking or wire-cut machining to form as one body a plurality of pieces centripetally stretched from the peripheral part 25a toward the center. The magnetic plate used is provided by preparing a thick plate of, for example, SK-5 and hardening to a specified hardness so that a spring part 25b has an appropriate strength. The peripheral part 25a is formed to retain such a plate thickness that the number of positions for fixing by screws can be reduced, and the attracting parts 25C are formed to retain such a thickness that a sufficient quantity of a magnetic flux can be introduced. Accordingly, the sufficient plate thickness enables to increase the magnetic flux, thereby securing the attracting force. In addition, since the elastic force of the spring part is enhanced, rapid movement of a wire can be achieved, and high-speed printing can be performed. |
