Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To drive a large-current load, by providing a load depletion type transistor (TR) with a load enhancement type TR is parallel and driving its gate in out-of-phase relation with an input signal inputted to the gate of a driver TR. CONSTITUTION:The switch circuit consisting of the load depletion type TR1 and driver TR2 is provided with the enhancement type TR5 as a load TR and a signal obtained by inverting the input signal through an inverter is used to drive it. Consequently, the driver TR2 is turned off, a load current is obtained from the load depletion type TR and load enhancement type TR to supply a load with a larger current than when the circuit consists of only the load depletion type TR.
