STATIONARY ELECTRIC INDUCTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To simplify structure and make bushing small and light weight by fixing the center conductor of bushing directly to the container through insulated fixing member. CONSTITUTION:Six insulated fixing piece fitting seats 6 and four side metals 7 which receive the repulsion force of center conductor 5 are respectively welded between bushing phases and at both end positions at the lower surface of tank cover 3 and six insulated fixing pieces 8, where the one end surface is arced along the external circumference of the center conductor 5 while the other end surface has a plan view in contact with the side metal 7, are respectively screwed to the insulated fixing piece fitting seats 6 through the fitting bolts 9. Therefore, the insulated fixing piece 8 directly receives a mechanical force generated between bushings during short-circuit and it is transmitted to a cover 3 through the side metal 7. Therefore, a condition of mechanical strength among the factors for determining a size of bushing can be eliminated and a diameter D2 of the center conductor 5 can be designed as the diameter which gives the necessary current density. Thereby, small bushings can be obtained and accordingly a size of transformer tank can also be made small, namely making compact the apparatus as a whole.
