Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To permit a long-term stable storage of an antifouling coating, by preparing and storaging it in an atmosphere of inert gases, in the prepn. of the coating by blending a triorganotin polymer, copper compd. etc. in a container. CONSTITUTION:In the prepn. of an antifouling coating by blending a triorganotin-contg. (co) polymer having one or more groups of the formula (wherein R is alkyl, phenyl) in the molecule e.g., tributyltin methacrylate/methylmethacrylate copolymer (wt. ratio 65:35; average MW 60,000) , a copper compd, (e.g., cuprous oxide, cuprous chloride) with other ingredients (e.g., solvents such as xylene, extender pigments such as talc, coloring pigments such as carbon black, synthetic resins such as PVC), the coating is blended and stored in an atmosphere of inert gases, which makes possible a long-term stable storage.
