Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of brittle materials at the boundaries of a joint and to perform diffusion bonding with high joining strength by interposing an amorphous insert material which consists of the compsn. equivalent to the main compsn. of heat resistant super alloys and contains specific amts. of hydrogen, boron and silicon between said alloys and heating and pressurizing the same. CONSTITUTION:An insert material which consists of the compsn. equal to the compsn. of heat resistant super alloy such as gamma' precipitation hardening type Ni- base or the like or the main components of the alloys, contains 0.02-50cm /g hydrogen, 2.5-6.0wt% boron and 0.5-8.0% silicon and is formed into a ribbon shape is interposed between said alloys. The amorphous ribbon is formed to about
