Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To ensure a sufficient amount of water to be pumped up by a small diameter type Westco pump with high efficiency by providing impellers on a shaft in the form of plural tandem stages with an intake portion on each stage being directly opened to a well to suck water. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 4 is energized through a cable 12 to rotate at high speed, impellers 1a, 1b are rotated to suck water from a well through intake ports 14a, 14b. The water is given energy respectively in water paths 2a, 2b to provide high pressure water which is sent to the ground from terminals of respective water paths through a communicating path 6, discharge chamber 7, check valve 8 and discharge pipe 11 so that the section of water path can be set which is suitable for a small diameter type compact pump with the best efficiency at each stage of the pump.
