Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device, wherein a plurality of nozzles having first electrodes at an inner wall or in the vicinity of the wall are arranged in two dimensions X and Y, second electrodes are arranged in common, matrix driving is performed, the electrode structure is simplified, and the integration is made easy. CONSTITUTION:The first electrodes 11 provided at the inner wall of the nozzles are protruded from the surface of an orifice plate 13. Lead wires T1-Tn from the first electrodes are laminated in the orifice plate 13. The nozzles N11-N5n are arranged in two dimensions X and Y. The second electrodes D1-D5 are commonly arranged with respect to the X direction of the nozzle group. A third electtode 20 is provided on the side of recording paper 30 in front of the first electrodes 11.
