Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To speed up administrative work and to improve the reliability by storing a storage device with data obtained by processing various input vehicle run data. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 19 calculates a maximum speed and the number of kilometers from rotation data from a shaft rotation device 10 and outputs the result to a controller 20. The outputs of a detector 12 for the number of turns of an engine, a detector 14 of fuel consumption, a shaft load detector 15 and an engine key detector are inputted to the controller 20 through an interface. The arithmetic result of the controller 20 is stored in the memory 23 and also used for the time display of a timer 26, the display of a display device 27 for the total run numbers of kilometers, and the operation indication of a lamp 28. After daily work, the storage device 3 is detached and its stored data is read through an analyzer installed in a business office. Thus, the administrative work is speeded up and its reliability is improved.
