Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform the drive of an ultrafine angle without vibration by switching a level voltage obtained from a resistor network to obtain information of ultrafine angles, and adding as switching input data becoming complement in the front and rear halves in one step. CONSTITUTION:Position information means 10 divides 360 deg. by 32 and output as binary signals position data. 2 -2 outputs are applied to an exclusive OR circuit 11, which produce complements of the data for 90 deg. of output data from the means 10. The outputs of the means 11 are applied as switching inputs to multiplexers 12, 13. Voltage generating means 14 have resistor networks, and output phase current values at the ultrafine angles in the range of 90 deg.. The outputs of the multiplexers 12, 13 are applied to opening and closing circuits 15, 16 and 17, 18, which are controlled by phase information means 19. The outputs of the circuits 15-18 are converted to current waveforms via current/voltage conversion drive circuit 20-23, thereby driving the ultrafine angles of a 4-phase pulse motor 24. In this manner, the vibration of the motor 24 is suppressed to minimum in driving the motor. |
