Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To presume easily and surely inner temperatures of a blast furnace or cracks and its generation time of a refractory material, by measuring the alteration of stress of an iron shall by a strain gauge stuck to the outer surface of the iron shell of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:A fire brick is constructed on an iron shell 1 taken out a part of the outer wall part of a blast furnace through a stamping material 2 and a test machine restricting transformation in the circumference direction of a refractory material 3 by the shell 1, a side plate 4 and a tension bar 5, is prepared. Further, the inner surface of the refractory material is heated by a heater 6 and the strain of the iron shell is measured and then, the temperatures or cracks of the refractory are observed. By this observation result, as the inner surface temperature of the refractory material is raised, the stress of the iron shell is increased and then, it is saturated at some point. The stress is lowered suddenly and cracks are generated in the refractory material at the same time by continuing heating moreover and then, projection to the heating side is observed. Also, an echo of acoustic emission is detected. Accordingly, sudden reduction of the stress of the iron shell shows the generation of the cracks in the refractory material. Hereby, the inner temperatures of the blast furnace or the cracks and its generation time are presumed. |
