INJECTION OF GROUT FOR CORROSION-PROTECTIVE DOUBLE ANCHOR BODY

PURPOSE:To exactly inject a grout into a corrosion-protective double anchor body by a method in which a grout is first injected through an injection tube into the inner capsule of a double capsule and then into the outer capsule through the injection tube. CONSTITUTION:An inner cap 2 is inserted and screwed with the threaded undulatory portion 8' of an inner capsule 6, and an outer cap 1 is inserted into the outer capsule 5 and screwed there. In this case, an inner injection tube 3 is set by piercing it through the centers of the outer cap 1 and the inner cap 2, and an outer injection tube 4 is set piercingly through the outer cap 1. A grout is injected through the injection tube 3 into the inner capsule 6 and then into the outer capsule 5 through the injection tube 4. By this, the grout can be exactly injected into the corrosion-protective double anchor body.
