Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the number of data to be processed and to shorten processing time by operating picture data on change-point addresses logically. CONSTITUTION:The numbers of change points of picture data A and B on input scanning lines are denoted as I and J and respective change-point addresses are denoted as ai (i=1, 2-I) and bj (j=1, 2-J). The (i)th address data ai and the (i+1)th address data a(i+1) are applied to registers 42 and 41 for the data A and also inputted to a decision device 45. Similarly, the (j)th and the (j+1)th address data bj and b(j+1) are applied to registers 44 and 43 for the data B and also inputted to the decision device 45. This decision device 45 makes a comparison whether it is larger or smaller to output the comparison result X and picture-element succession states W1-Q3 and B1-B3 in the initial state of the comparison. The result of the logical operation from the decision device 45 is applied to a selector 47 to decrease the number of processed data, thus shortening the processing time of the picture data. |
