Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable to perform a reliable measurement of a gelling time and a perfect curing time of liquid resin, by a method wherein an elastic spacer is inserted between split casting molds so as to form an electrode for measuring electric physical properties. CONSTITUTION:An elastic or rubber spacer 5 is inserted between top and bottom forces 1 and 2. The inside of a cavity 5a in the spacer 5 is kept under a high degree of vacuum through deaeration through an exhaust pipe 3, and resin is injected from an injecting member 4 at an appropriate discharge pressure. If a filter is perfectly filled with resin by which the inside of the cavity 5a is fully packed, only the exhaust pipe 3 is reduced in a pressure, the degree of vacuum rises sharply, and an injection is completed. An injection port is then closed through the working of a metal ball. If resin is injected into the cavity 5a, the electric physical properties of the cavity 5a can be measured using a lead wire led out from the top and bottom forces 1 and 2. This permits the reliable measurement of a gelling time and a perfect curing time of liquid resin. |
