Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable to fetch fluorescence from a sample very efficiently, by a method wherein a part of an optical fiber bundle is brought to serve as a fiber for guiding an exciting light, and the measurement of photo luminescence is made in a way to bring the remaining part to serve as a fiber for transmitting fluorescence. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber bundle 14 consists of a number of optical fibers, a center fiber serves as a fiber 16 for guiding an exciting light, other fibers work as a fiber 17 for transmitting fluorescence and are separated at a convex lens 6 side of a collecting analysis system. A sample 11 is irradiated with an exciting light from an argon laser 1 through the fiber 16, and fluorescence produced from the sample 11 is transmitted to a collecting analysis system 9 through the fibers 17. Optical fibers are used as described above, and this enables to fetch fluorescence from the sample 11 extremely efficiently. |
