Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the titled slurry with low viscosity and excellent stability by introducing coarsely crushed coal, water and a slurry dispersant into a wet mill and mixing a part of the obtd. slurry with a gas followed by circulation to the entrance of the mill. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is supplied to a rough crusher 1 and coarsely crushed, and the obtd. coarsely crushed coal, water and a slurry dispersant such as polyoxyalkyl ether are continuously supplied to a wet mill 2, in which the coal is pulverized to obtain a highly conc. coal slurry. Then a part of the slurry is circulated to the entrance of the mill 2 after mixed with 0.1-300vol%, based on the slurry, gas such as oxygen.
