Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality, oil-contg. deashed coal with spontaneous ignition suppressed, by adding a lipophilic pulverized coal particle and oil to an aq. hydrophilic coal particle slurry followed by granulation. CONSTITUTION:After a hydrophilic coal particle 1 contg. a lot of water is wet milled 2, an aq. slurry 3 of coal concn. of 10-20% is prepd. by dilution with addition of water. After a lipophilic pulverized coal particle 4 is added to and mixed with the slurry 3, the mixture is agitated with addition of an oil 5 such as mineral oil to granulate 6 the coal particle in water using the oil as a binder. The granulated coal is separated 7 from the water, dehydrated 8 and dried 9 to obtain oil-contg. deashed coal 10.
