Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the negative catalysis due to impurities contained in a polyisocyanate compound, by adding thereto a specified piperidinol derivative. CONSTITUTION:To a polyisocyanate compound (e.g., diphenylmethane diisocyanate containing a trace amount of impurities with a negative catalysis, such as hydrolyzable chlorine) is added 0.001-1wt% carboxylate ester compound of 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol of the formula, wherein R is a 1-36C hydrocarbyl and n is 1 or 2.
