USE:It gives an artificial antigen of 5'-purinenucleotide by the condensation reaction between the amino group in antibody protein and the compound by means of a condensing agent. Further, it is used as a key compound in the field of immunoassay of 5'-purinenucleotide. PREPARATION:Succinic anhydride is made to act on 5'-purinenucleotide of formula II or its salt such as 5'-adenylic acid or its disodium salt in an aqueous solvent in the presence of an organic tertiary amine such as triethylamine.
