Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a logic circuit having large input/output margins and small amplitude by connecting diodes for a load and decoupling in series between a collector (drain) and a power source with a junction type transistor as a driver. CONSTITUTION:The voltage Vinj of a power source is applied to a driver 208 through the parallel connection of a resistor RL and a diode phil, and outputted through a decoupling diode 204. When the base (gate) current when the driver 208 is ON is represented by Ig and the collector (drain) current when OFF is represented by Ioff, the voltage level of the input stage of an n-output and m- input multistage series circuit becomes VH=Vinj-R(mIoff+nIg), VL=Vinj-phil. Thus, since the clamp of the phil is effected, the VL is not largely decreased, the minority carrier storage becomes small, and when the RL is adequately reduced, a semiconductor logic circuit having small delay time and the logic amplitude, large logic margin and high speed operation can be obtained, thereby highly integrating.
