Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the adsorbing performance by forming a metallic adsorbent layer on the back face of a metal plate to be cooled by liquid helium. CONSTITUTION:A supporting board 1 made of aluminium alloy will contact with liquid helium 3 in a storage tank 2 to be cooled sufficiently. A metallic adsorbent plate 4 is brazed to the other face of the supporting board 1 to constitute an adsorption panel. Since the supporting board 1 and the adsorbent plate are made of metal, sufficient cooling effect due to liquid helium 3 can be achieved and the heat produced through the adsorption is removed immediately to maintain predetermined temperature resulting in the improved adsorbing performance.
