Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a timing signal having desired width by connecting the control line of a Josephson junction series circuit connected in paralle to the 1st Josephson junction series circuit in series to the 2nd Josephson juncton series circuit. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit 10 consists of four Josephson junctions JA (JA-1-JA-4) having transition from a superconductive state to a voltage-applied state when a bias current exceeding the 1st threshold current value is supplied. The series circuit 11 consists of one Josephson junction JB-1 having transistion from a superconductive state to a voltage-applied state when a bias current exceeding the 2nd threshold current value greater the 1st value is supplied. Those circuits 10 and 11 are connected to an AC signal source 14. If a control current is supplied to a control line while the bias current is supplied, a Josephson junction series circuit 12 has transition from a superconductive state to a voltage-applied state. This series circuit 12 is connected in parallel to the circuit 10, and the series circuit 13 of the control line of the circuit 12 is connected in parallel to the circuit 11. |
