OPENING DEVICE FOR SMOKE EXHAUSTING DOOR

PURPOSE:To enable to open and close a smoke exhausting door by maintaining air tightness sufficiently in the closing state of the smoke exhausting door and by remote control, by a method wherein an actuating position of a limit switch which interrupts electrification to a motor is adjusted by detecting a closing rotary position of a rack gear. CONSTITUTION:As a motor 10 is suspended when a door panel 1 is turned to a completely opened position by driving of the motor 10, which meets at right angles with the door panel 1 which is supposed to be in a completely closed position as shown in a sketch, pressing pieces 28 and 28' are secured respectively to elliptic holes 27 and 27' of a rack gear 3, which are provided at fixed positions making a right angle with an axis of the door centering around the axis, a limit switch 30 for detection of the completely closed position of the door panel 1 is actuated by bringing the pressing piece into contact with the edge of a limit lever 29 provided on a motor box 5 under the completely closed position as shown in the sketch, and a limit switch 31 for detection of the completely opened position of the door panel 1, which is actuated panel 1 is driven to a release position where the door panel 1 becomes vertical, is provided.
