Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To contrive to keep satisfactory accuracy and strength and at the same time to reduce the weight and manufacturing cost by a structure wherein the toothed transmission pulley is formed by inscribedly joining a pulley main part made of light alloy in the inner surface of a toothed ring made of steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The toothed ring R formed of wear resisting, tough band metal plate such as steel plate or the like has a large number of teeth 1 protrudingly formed along its outer peripheral surface at equal space intervals. The tip edge of the tooth 1 is rounded off with a radius 2. The tooth space 3 formed between the respective teeth 1 has a U-shaped section. The pulley main part R comprises a boss part 4, a disc part 5 and a flange part 6 integrally formed by casting or plastic work of light alloy. A shaft hole 7 is formed in the boss part 4. The outer peripheral surface 6a of the flange part 6 is formed wavy so as to fit to the wavy back of the toothed ring R.
