MIXING EXTRUDER

PURPOSE:To provide a mixing extruder which is constituted such that a piston is inserted in a mixing cylinder, agitating rods are rotatably mounted therein, a bottom cover, opening and closing through sliding operation, is installed to a bottom, high-viscosity liquid is reliably mixed with liquid or solid, and the extruder eliminates the need for cleansing. CONSTITUTION:A mixing cylinder 1 is located in a vertical manner, and a feeding part 3 having a path 2 for feeding a raw material is situated approximately at the center thereof. A piston 4 is inserted in the mixing cylinder 1. A ring 6 is positioned at a lower end of a rotary cylinder 7 firmly engaging a piston shaft 5, and an appropriate number of agitating rods 13 is installed emerging from the under surface of the ring. The piston 4 turns following the turn of the rotary cylinder 7. In case a raw material is fed into the mixing cylinder 1, the piston 4 is raised, it is lowered to a position allowing the piston to close off the path 2 in the feeding part 3 during mixing. In case the mixture is discharged from the mixing cylinder 1, baffle rods 19 are lowered, a bottom cover 16 is slided sideways, and the piston 4 is lowered to the lower end of the mixing tank 4.
