Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:Individuals of stripped soft shellfish are thrown in a freezing medium to freeze only their surfaces, then they are completely frozen in a freezing atmosphere, thus producing frozen product of high commercial value with no deformation of intrinsic shape of stripped shellfish. CONSTITUTION:Stripped shellfish such as raw oysters A are conveyed from the water tank 1 by means of a belt conveyor 2 so that these shellfish are scattered separately, then thrown in a freezing medium such as liquefied gas in the tank 4 separately. This throwing releases the load of the weight of shellfish themselves to restore their original shape. Then, the shellfish are frozen only on their surfaces and at this time they are taken out of the freezing medium 3 by means of belt conveyor 5, then completely frozen in the refrigerator 6. |
