REAMER HOLE PROCESSING METHOD FOR OBJECT COMBINED TWO COMPONENTS

PURPOSE:To make operation easy by making simultaneous processing of reamer holes unnecessary, by a method wherein a reamer hole is provided on a piece buried in one side of a component, which is made to align and combine with that of the other component. CONSTITUTION:A reamer hole 1a is provided on a No.1 component 1 when it is a sole component, and a reamer hole 2b which is larger than the reamer hole 1a of the No.1 component 1 is provided on a No.2 component 2. A piece 3 on which a reamer hole 3a is provided beforehand is inserted into the hole 2b of the No.2 component 2. After the reamer hole 3a of the piece 3 has been aligned with the reamer hole 1a, the piece 3 is secured to the cmponent 2 by welding having a welded part 5, the components 1 and 2 are connected by penetrating a pin 4 through holes 1a and 3a with each other, and processing of holes 1a and 3a becomes easy.
