Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable storing, in a drying condition, of a solid phase reagent for a long period of time without damage of an immunochemical activity, by a method wherein a solid phase reagent, which is insolubilized by coupling an antigen or an antibody used in an immunochemical measurement to a solid phase carrier, is treated and dried by an aqueous solution containing glycerin, methylcellulose as a protective agent. CONSTITUTION:In case a solid phase reagent, which is insolubilized by coupling an antigen or an antibody used in an immunochemical measurement to a solid phase, is treated by an aqueous solution containing a protective agent, that which is mixed in the appropriate ratio after arbitrarily selecting from among glycerin, ethylengrycol, propyreneglycol, and methylcellulose is used as a protective agent. The concentration of the protective agent in an aqueous solution is appropriately selected from a range of 0.1-10%. A buffer solution is used in solution of the protective agent, and the buffer agent containing a cattle serum albumin is most suitable. A protecting treatment of a solid phase reagent insolubilizing an antigen and an antibody is conducted by bringing the solid phase reagent into contact with the aqueous solution of said protective agent, and a treating time is appropriately selected from a range of 1-100hr. The solid phase reagent, on which the protecting treatment has been made, may be dried by a natural drying or a ventilation drying method, whichever it may be, and a drying temperature is preferably a low temperature of about 2-8 deg.C. |
