Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a pump owing to an increase in viscosity by supplying a filler in the form of solid powder directly into the agitating head part of an urethane mixer and forming an urethane resin coating mixed with the filler just before flowing down. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4 to be coated is placed on carriages 6a, 6b which run the pipe on track rails 5 laid along the axial centerline thereof. The pipe is rotated at a specified speed around the axial center and is run essentially at a specified speed on the tracks 5 by wheels 8, whereby the pipe 4 is rotated and advanced. Twin-pack reaction type urethane resins are agitated thoroughly and are allowed to fall by gravity onto the pipe, whereby the resins are coated on the rotating and advancing pipe 1. The coating is smoothed by a squeezing plate 20, whereby a uniform coating is formed. Therefore, the rate of mixing of the filler with the urethane resins is controlled as desired and the coating of good quality contg. less foam in the film is formed.
