Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a desired width for a timing signal, by changing two Josephson junctions into those having different threshold current values. CONSTITUTION:A Josephson circuit U of a timing signal generating circuit has the 1st Josephson junction J1 transferred from the superconduction state to the voltage presence state when the 1st bias current is supplied, and the 2nd Josephson junction J2 transferred similarly when the 2nd bias current is applied. In suitably selecting the bias current value transferring the said junctions F1, F2 from the superconduction state into the voltage presence state, i.e. the threshold current value, rectangular wave output currents IS, IR having a prescribed level are applied to a control line a1 of the junction F3, and a series circuit of a control line a2 of the junction F3 and a control line a3 of the junction F4 respectively, allowing to obtain a current I1 flowing to an output circuit S as the timing signal. |
