Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a speaker diaphragm which has excellent performance at intermediate and low pitched sound ranges in a simple manufacturing process and with high productivity, by giving a treatment with a macromolecular resin solution to a reinforced fabric cloth which is attached close along a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of staine wave glass fabric cloth 1 of a prescribed thickness with meshes are put on each other and attached close along a conical molding tool 2 of a prescribed diameter by means of a fixing metallic parts 3. Then the tool 2 is dipped into a solution 4 obtained by adding 3pts.wt. butyl Carbitol acetate to emulsion into a mixture of 120pts.wt. ''Aron ''HD and 480pts.wt. ''Aron ''HD. Then the macromolecular resin is stuck to the cloth 1. This resin stuck to the tool 2 is taken out of the emulsion solution 4 and then removed from the tool 2 after drying.
