Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time in an information processing unit, by providing an analog integrating circuit, so that a two-dimensional processing becomes possible since there is no need for the digital processing for obtaining the luminance distribution of the light radiated in the direction along a p-n junction. CONSTITUTION:A monitor TV picture display tube 8 displays, for example, an electric signal corresponding to a luminance distribution 6 on a plane passing through coordinates (O, Yn, O) and parallel to the XZ plane obtained by scanning the picture of the brightness distribution corresponding to a luminance distribution 4 of a light-emitting area 2 of a light-emitting element 1 picked up by the TV image pickup tube of a photoelectric transducer 7. In addition, the electric signal is delivered to a sampling circuit 11. The synchronous signal is removed by a timing generator circuit 12, and only electric signals in the period corresponding to the lumiance distribution 6 are sampled and delivered to an analog integration circuit 13. In an information processing unit 9, the analog integration signals delivered from the analog integration circuit 13 is A/D converted and successively displayed on a monitor TV picture display tube 10 as well as stored in a memory.
