DRYING DEVICE OF PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the amount of energy consumption, by providing a heat exchanging part to perform the heat exchange between the dried air discharged out of a drying part and the fresh air absorbed into the drying part. CONSTITUTION:A drying device 1 contains a dried air feeding means provided with a ventilator 2, an electric heater 4 provided in a air duct 3, a photosensitive material conveying means 5 and a photosensitive material take-up means 6 along with a photosensitive material detector 7, and an adjusting mechanism 8 for quantity of discharged dried air and a heat exchange part 9. Thus the heat exchange is possible with high efficiency owing to a heat exchanger 18 incorporating a heat pipe, and it is possible to collect the energy which is so far disused together with the exhaustion. As a result, the power consumption of the heater 4 is reduced. The the amount of energy consumption is greatly reduced.
