AUTOMATIC PAPER FEEDING DEVICE OF COPYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To assure the matching of tips of paper sheets althoguh the paper feeding becomes faulty, by feeding a photosensitive paper with a slight delay compared with an original and actuating a tip matching mechanism with the detection of the photosensitive paper. CONSTITUTION:An original paper O inserted through an insertion table 1 is fed into an original path 4 by means of a pair of inserting rollers 2 and 3 and detected by a detecting switch S1 to be sent out to a common path 5. A paper feed roller 6 provided at the lower part of the path 4 is actuated by the original detection signal of the switch S1 and for a desired certain period. Thus a highest sheet of the photosensitive paper P stored in a cassette 7 is fed to a photosensitive paper path 8. The paper P is detected by a detecting switch S2 and fed to the path 5. Both a driving roller 9 and its follower roller 10 which are always turned are provided at the path 5. In addition, the path 5 provides a stopper 11 to perform the paper tip matching in the travelling direction of the paper P.
