Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To loosen entangled bean sprouts, easily, and to save the labor cost and improve the operation efficiency, by admitting air bubbles into the bean sprouts in a water tank. CONSTITUTION:A number of boxes 1 for the preparation of bean sprout and containing the beans are placed side-by-side, and sprayed with water to obtain bean srouts. The fork of a rotary fork lift is inserted into the cylindrical member 14 of the box 1, and the entagled sprouts M are lifted, moved near the water tank 15, and thrown into the water tank 15 by turning the box 1. Compressed air is blown into the water tank 15 through a number of nozzles 16 of the air-blowing pipe 17 at the bottom corner of the water tank 15. A vortex is formed by the combined effect of the ascending air bubbles and the wall faces, and the bubbles are admitted into the sprouts M to effect the loosening thereof. The loosened sprouts are sent to the next step through the outlet channel 18.
