Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable to produce small quantities of various sorts, by applying an coating liquid having viscosity of 0.5-30 poise to the surface of a film using a gravure roll, and then curing it. CONSTITUTION:To the surface of a base film having light-permeability such as a polypropylene film, polystyrene film or polyester film, an applying liquid (e.g. chlorinated polypropylene or saturated polyester resin) having viscosity of 0.5- 30 poise is applied by using a gravure roll having a cell part which occupies 10-80% of the surface area of the roll. Thereafter, the applying liquid is dried and cured. Consequently, a light-permeable film having a rugged surface is obtained.
