Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the slip of a car and to travel in a constant speed safely, by operating the control signal of a speed governing part on a basis of the car speed signal from a speed sensor and road surface information from a road surface information detecting means and controlling the speed governing part in accordance with the operation result. CONSTITUTION:Car speed information from a car speed sensor 1, which outputs a car speed pulse proportional to a car speed, and a set/coast switch 2 and a resume/accelerator switch 3 which are operated by the driver are supplied to a microcomputer 7, and road surface information from a rain fall sensor 5 and a cancel switch group 4 are applied to the computer 7. In this computer 7, control signal for controlling a release valve and control valve driving circuits 8 and 9 are operated on a basis of car speed information and road surface information. An actuator 10 is controlled on a basis of the operation results by circuits 8 and 9, and thus, the slip of the car is prevented to hold a safe constant-speed traveling.
