BUFFER DRIVING DEVICE OF COPYING MACHINE OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To shorten starting run time and to obtain a stable moving speed by starting driving a moving body in a still state at a low speed and then accelerating it at a prescribed rotational speed after the acceleration of the moving body proceeds to some extent. CONSTITUTION:A copy start signal switches a variable speed changeover mechanism 16 to rotate a driving pulley 17, and a driving wire 18 allows a driven pulley 11 and an intermediate pulley 14 to start rotating; and their rotation is transmitted to an intermediate gear 20 and a driven gear 21, which rotate in the same direction at a lower speed than the driven pulley 11. Therefore, a driving drum 7 is rotated at the same rotational speed with the driven gear 21 and a moving table 1 is accelerated gradually. Then, the relative motion of the driven pulley 11 and driven gear 21 allows a connection pin 23 to move in a long-sized hole 22 and to engage the end surface of the hole 22, and then the rotation motion of the driven pulley 11 is transmitted to a driven shaft 10, so that the speed of the moving table 1 reaches a prescribed scanning speed.
