ROTARY PUMP

PURPOSE:To provide pulsation-free pumping action for two pump chambers which are partitioned by a diaphragm in a pump casing by allowing a pair of eccentric wheels to be driven eccentrically with a phase difference of 180 deg. by the shaft of the pump, in the pump casing. CONSTITUTION:A pair of eccentric wheels 14 are fitted around the pump shaft 7 which is axially supported rotatably onto a pump casing 1 through a bearing 8, separated in the axial direction and with a phase difference of 180 deg. in the circumferential direction. Thus, a pair of eccentric wheels 14 are eccentrically driven with a phase difference of 180 deg. by the shaft 7 of the pump in the pump casing 1, and the phases of the suction chamber Pi and the discharge chamber Pe which are formed in two pump chambers partitioned by a diaphragm 24 in the pump casing 1 are diverged by 180 deg., and the fluid transported under pressure from each discharge chamber Pe is joined, and the pulsation due to the divergence of phase of each fluid by 180 deg. can be dissolved.
