Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable a cushioning material, which is used in a method of molding a laminated product wherein a molding material is heated and pressed using heating plates, to be used repeatedly for a long period, by employing, as the cushioning material, plate-like members that exhibit fluidity during molding. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic powder 9 (for example; silica sand, alumina, metal powders) that exhibits suitable fluidity at high temperature and high pressure is confined in a scattering preventing container 7, which is sealed by a sealing material 8 to form a deformable plate-like member that is employed as the cushioning material. A molding material 5 (such as paper or cloth impregnated with a resin) is sandwiched between a pair of heating plates 1, 1 for heating and pressing it with the cushioning materials and partitions 4 interposed, and is heated and pressed in a conventional manner to obtain a laminated product. As the cushioning material use will be made of a plate-like material of a high molecular viscous material. |
