FORGING PRESS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To heat a material only once and to perform forging continuously, by moving the respective lower molds of the first process and the second process so that they are positioned alternately right under the upper mold. CONSTITUTION:A material A heated in a state that a lower mold device 3 for the first process has been positioned right under an upper mold device 6 is put into a lower mold 23 for the first process, a slide 5 is lowered, and the upper part of the material A is forged in the form of a flange by an upper mold 12. The material A is detached from the lower mold 23 for the first process by lifting the slide 5 and operating a knockout device 25. The material A is moved to a lower mold device 4 for the second process by a holding device. That is to say, the material A is loaded on a receiving mold 31 of the knockout mold. In this state,an ejector device is operated, a split mold part is closed, and the material A is loaded in a lower mold 36 for the second process. When a loading cylinder 7a is operated, the lower mold device 4 for the second process is shifted to right under the upper mold device 6, and when the slide 5 is lowered, the material A is forged to a product by the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 36 for the second process.
