Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain a water storage tank at a constant temperature, by connecting a water storage tank of a cooling tower in a geothermal power-generating plant, etc. to a steam source or a hot-water source by a pipeline having an adjusting valve on the halfway. CONSTITUTION:A steam-jetting nozzle 8 and a temperature detector 1 are provided on a cooling tower water storage tank 3, and the nozzle 8 is connected to a steam source through an adjusting valve 7. Therefore, the temperature detector 1 measures temperature of the water storage tank 3, outputs a detected signal 10 to a comparator 4, opens and closes the adjusting valve 7 through a setting unit 5 and an adjusting meter 6, and adjusts and controls the volume of steam so that temperature of the water storage tank 3 becomes constant. It is possible, by using this mechanism, to keep the water storage tank 3 at a constant temperature.
