Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the entering of air film and maintain a constant tension in a winder of roll-shaped sheet by providing a cam to adapt the swaying back of the first touch roller to a fixed condition. CONSTITUTION:Until a turret 1 is turned at 60 deg. from a winding position (a), the first touch roller 9 is in touch with sheet at the same speed as the sheet is let out. Then, after the second touch roller 10 is in touch with the sheet to cooperate at the same speed, the first touch roller 9 is released to return for the next operation. At this stage, the surface speed of the second touch roller 10 is reduced as the winding position is retreated for maintaining tension. Here, since the length of extended sheet S is changed, a lever 18 is swayed by a cam 14 as the winding position is retreated from the position (a), and the first touch roller 9 is shifted against the elastic pressure of an air cylinder 11 to be touch with a winding core 4.
