Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To project a desired pattern on a monitor screen easily with high position precision, by forming the desired pattern for a target by a part on a photodetection screen where the performance of photoelectric conversion is not provided. CONSTITUTION:A photodetection part 1 consists of many photodiodes arrayed in two dimensions and scanned by an X register 2 and an Y register 3. On the surface of this photodetection part 1, an aluminum film 4 is formed in an X shape. Thus, the surface of the photodetection part 1 is shielded partially with the aluminum film 4, so that the X shape appears on the monitor screen.
