Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A composition for oral purpose that contains an extract of a plant selected from Japanese cypress, horse chestnut, arnica and other plants with an organic solvent and caropeptide, thus showing high activity of improving blood flows in gingivas to be used as a prophylactic or remedy for gingiva diseases with their synergism. CONSTITUTION:One or more high-safety extracts of plants selected from Japanese bypress, horse chestnut, arnica, coca and other plans are used as active ingredients and combined with caropeptides obtained from Californian sea lions. The amount of the organic solvent extract is 0.01-2wt% based on the total weight and the amount of the caropeptide also is the same as the organic solvent extract preferably. Proper ingredients are used additionally according to the kind of the oral composition. The composition is used as a tooth paste, mouth wash, troche, pasta, ointment, gingiva-massaging cream, chewing gum or collutorium tablets.
