AUTOMATIC SUCKING AND GRIPPING DEVICE FOR THREAD END OF SPOOLED THREAD IN WINDER MAGAZINE

PURPOSE:To automatically suck the thread end of a spooled thread into an exsisting suction pipe or directly into an exsisting suction pipe on a cheese side, with a low cost, by incorporating a U pipe to the suction pipe or the suction pipe on the cheese side. CONSTITUTION:A U pipe 2 is connected to a suction pipe 202 which is exclusively handled through manual insertion, so as to take such a position that the suction port 2-1 of the U pipe 2 aligns with the center of a pocket C which is one pocket this side of the pocket B that is the positon, on a drum, where a spooled thread 301 falls onto. Since the other end of the suction pipe 202 is connected to a suction pipe of a cheese side, upstream of a valve mounting position, the thread end of the spooled thread 301 which is guided through a hollow portion in a bobbin from the suction port 2-1 of the U pipe 2, is sucked in when the valve in the suction pipe of the cheese side is opened during the knotting step of a winder, thereby the thread end can be automatically sucked and led into the suction pipe 202.
